Branch manager Cyvia Hsu, who graduated from the Department of Early Childhood Education, has been engaged in education related to children since graduation, she is very experienced in teaching. Cyvia said, "Become children's friend! and Play with children" have always been his principles and attitudes in teaching! Teacher Lin, who is also a graduate of the Department of Early Childhood Education, has been studying at LEC in his spare time since college to gain teaching experience. After graduating, she went to work in kindergarten first. she saw that many children with insufficient ability were facing the learning challengers. The feeling of helplessness and entanglement was like a tug-of-war. After a few years, things went around in a big circle as she returned to LEC's Quishui branch to help more children learn and improve. In teamwork, the two teachers are like each other's biggest supportor, cheering, learning and cooperating with each other, and the two have also established an excellent tacit understanding. In addition to learning professional teaching knowledge from Manager Cyvia, Teacher Lin also learned many ways to interact with parents through practical communication experience. Liu Observer Volume 20 - Uncompromising Education: The New Force of the LEC Beijing Team 2020 was a challenging year. Our two branches of Haidian and Chaoyang in Beijing were suspended for more than eight months due to the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic. An extended period of time without class had caused many issues in students' learning progress. We, however, put in quite an effort to maintain close contact with parents and students, focusing on effective online communication, and providing parents with various training programs and school work material that they can perform at home to help their children stay active, and keep their learning up outside of the classroom. During the suspension of classes, teachers continue to work on their professional skills and improve their teaching methods. And through passing the professional Yiying’s certification, they can move up the career ladders in LEC. LEC Olympic Games In 2020, many countries faced life restrictions and social unrest due to the widespread of Covid-19; however, we are the most fortunate to have only a small part of our lives impacted because of the strong efforts put together by our medical staffs and everyone involved. In addition to relying on the help of others, it is more important to have good hygiene and healthy immune system. Therefore, we have been actively promoting and advocating the implementation of frequent hand washing and masks wearing during the pandemic, and take body temperature and disinfecting whenever someone entering our classroom. We also advocate physical improvement of self-immunity. On October 26th, we arranged for the first LEC "Dynamic Movement" Olympic Games. We hope that teachers will cultivate the good habit of loving sports and healthy spirits while taking part in the competition.
