Liu Observer Volume 19 - When Teachers become Teachers: The New Momentum of LEC College
The LEC College is the program that's responsible for the training of professional VAS courses. It offers 60 mandatory units every year. The content ranges from how to teach sports, operate visual teaching materials, initiate children's speaking abilities, to discipline-integrated teaching, classroom management and textbook adjustments. All kinds of children's interactions and other professional details are the essence of VAS training.
Teachers can improve their teaching ability by completing a series of courses. They can also communicate with lecturers and colleagues to eliminate their blind spots in teaching, effectively solve the problems encountered in class. And through passing the professional Yiying’s certification, they can move up the career ladders in LEC. It can be seen that the LEC College is not only a key cradle for training new teachers, but also a bridge to pass on experiences.
