Liu Observer Volume 22 - Teachers at Qingshui are holding children's hands with heart and care
The two teachers at LEC's Quishui branch are great at complimenting and supporting each other. Branch manager Cyvia Hsu, who graduated from the Department of Early Childhood Education, has been engaged in education related to children since graduation, she is very experienced in teaching. Cyvia said, "Become children's friend! and Play with children" have always been his principles and attitudes in teaching! Teacher Lin, who is also a graduate of the Department of Early Childhood Education, has been studying at LEC in his spare time since college to gain teaching experience. After graduating, she went to work in kindergarten first. she saw that many children with insufficient ability were facing the learning challengers. The feeling of helplessness and entanglement was like a tug-of-war. After a few years, things went around in a big circle as she returned to LEC's Quishui branch to help more children learn and improve.
In teamwork, the two teachers are like each other's biggest supportor, cheering, learning and cooperating with each other, and the two have also established an excellent tacit understanding. In addition to learning professional teaching knowledge from Manager Cyvia, Teacher Lin also learned many ways to interact with parents through practical communication experience. Manager Cyvia often says to give parents a shoulder to be the object of their conversation. In the process of helping children and families, share professional and objective educational information, so that parents will no longer be overwhelmed like headless flies, or even give up. While helping children improve their abilities, they also create a harmonious family.
With the assistance of District manager Lynn Wu, also the former branch manager of Qingshui branch, they do their best to help the children and bring new hope to families. We have seen that the two teachers have helped countless students with their excellent teaching. We are extremely proud; and sincerely thank the two teachers for their effort.
